The user list shows everyone online right now. To narrow it down:
- Filter by country — find someone from a specific place, or filter to your own country for shared timezone
- Age range — set a min and max
- Gender — male, female, or both
- Search by nickname — useful if you saw a clever name in the list
Click any nickname to open a private chat. The other person sees your message arrive and can reply or close the chat. If they don't respond after a few messages, that's normal — try another person. The list refreshes constantly as people come and go.
Staying safe in a stranger chat
Anonymous chat is mostly fine, mostly. The few rules that protect you:
- Don't share personal info. No real name, no phone number, no address, no school or workplace, no photos that show your face or location.
- Don't move to another platform if someone pressures you. People who want to scam, harass, or manipulate often try to get you onto WhatsApp/Telegram/Snapchat where they have more leverage.
